Staying Within the SYSTEM

If you’ve been with your company for any length of time, then you’ve probably heard your leaders talk about staying within the system. This is one of the most important things that you will ever learn about the direct sales industry.

But then the question becomes, why is staying within the system so important?

The answer is very simple. Staying within the system maximizes your chances for success.

Every company/team has a different system that they use, so it’s important to get with your leaders about what your system actually looks like.

With my company/team, our system can be defined in 5 words, 4 concepts:

Written List, Invitation, Presentation, and Validation

That system is the core to how we create success within our opportunity.

The key to staying within the system for you is to stop trying to reinvent the wheel in your opportunity. The top earners use the system for a reason, because it works and most other things don’t.

Your leaders that have created success before you have poked and prodded at the system until they got it tweaked just right to create the most success and duplication. Stay within that system and you will have the best chance at creating the results you desire.

Duplication is a huge reason that staying within the system is so important. As you begin to talk to your sphere of influence and sign up people into your opportunity, your new distributors will do what you do, not what you tell them to do. If you stray from the system then they will too, limiting everyone’s success.

Always remember, in Network Marketing it is not about what works but about what duplicates. Without duplication your income will not be substantial. Driving depth is what creates substantial income but depth and duplication are directly related. You can’t have one without the other.

The system was created for a reason. Generally, that reason is that it makes things simpler. This concept can be summed up in one simple acronym:

S.ave Y.ourself T.ime E.nergy and M.oney
